What is Process Projected?
Discover the stories that matter through the lens of emerging and established photographers in our Process Projected exhibition series, showcasing compelling and socially involved narratives.
This newsletter is the online companion to the offline exhibition series Process Projected, shown at the What Is Happening Here gallery in Amsterdam, with a new exhibition opening every other Tuesday, starting in January 2024.
WIHH Gallery, Reguliersdwarsstraat 73, Amsterdam.
Opening Times: Tuesdays through Saturdays, noon until 6pm
This series provides a comprehensive exploration of a new wave of artists—digitally native, socially engaged, and constantly sharing their perspectives. Projected offers a bi-weekly rotation of both group and individual projects, presenting a diverse array of artists from around the world.
Experience the exhibition in two unique settings: during the day, the artwork is displayed on high-resolution QLED monitors, and as evening descends, the images are visible from the street in the windows of the What Is Happening Here gallery. Passersby on the sidewalk outside the gallery can view these captivating visuals throughout the evening and night.
Curated by photographer and writer Wesley Verhoeve, Process Projected brings his expertise from curating nearly 100 exhibits for the International Center of Photography in New York City. His curation has highlighted the works of more than 350 photographers from over 50 countries.
Join us in celebrating this captivating exploration of contemporary visual storytelling, with a new exhibition every other Tuesday. Subscribe to this newsletter to receive one email every two weeks with images and information from the latest exhibition.
